“Delicious cakes. I enjoyed my visit”

“I went here as it is a local independent coffee shop. It was good, but I kinda regret not heading to a franchise bar. The food and price was good, but nothing special. What you go to an independent shop is the personalization. The girl at the counter was friendly but forgetful while the lady who brought out the sandwiches was terse and not friendly. To stand out from the Costa coffees and Starbucks this shop needs to emphasize customer service, and it isn't”
