“During my visit, I noticed a number of flies around the store, including around the food areas. Some of the food on display also did not appear to me to be stored or protected in a way that gave me confidence. What made the experience considerably worse was the customer service afterwards. I found the response from Steve Magnall extremely dismissive and unprofessional when I raised my concerns. I certainly won’t be returning and, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Two Magpies Bakery. I hope management takes both customer concerns and the way complaints are handled more seriously in future.”

“Whilst the food was okay, the staff need re training. "Greeted" and I use that term loosely, by a person in the till, sat down so she was clearly having a tough time when we arrived. Didn't smile, and her body language was "unbothered" by our presence. Our food sat on the counter for a while as the person waiting on us was too busy squirting his colleague with the cleaning spray than paying attention to his job. Again, another unbothered bored looking person. Finally the cherry on top of the visit. I ordered a Chai Latte - £4 for literally half a tiny cut, mainly froth! Definitely will walk past this place in future”
