Norwich Premier Judo Club is a BJA-affiliated, inclusive martial arts club founded in 1959. We teach Judo to everyone, regardless of age or ability, offering training at both recreational and competitive levels paced to the individual.

RONIN Karate is a professional, family-friendly karate club founded in 2014, offering high-quality training for all ages and abilities. Our full-time club is led by 8 experienced instructors, all 18+, DBS checked and trained in first aid and safeguarding. Fully insured, we provide a safe, welcoming environment where students can build confidence, fitness, discipline and martial arts skills. Affiliated with JKS, we have a strong Japanese Shotokan Karate heritage, blending traditional karate with modern sport karate and competition training. Whether you’re a complete beginner, looking to get fit, learn self-defence or compete, RONIN Karate has something for everyone.

Medieval combat training blends together historic sword fighting techniques, teamwork, strength and fitness. Fight with padded training equipment in 1 v 1 duels or team combat or strap on historic steel armour and do it the old fashioned way. Learn from the combat manuals of the middle ages and unleash your inner warrior. The group is open to all ages, and abilities and we provide all padded equipment during training sessions. We are part of a global historical full contact fighting sport, in which combatants use historically accurate reproduction medieval armour and blunted weapons to engage in competitive fights according to authentic historical tournament rules.
