“Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry Field wildflower meadow. I used to bring my kids here to feed the various equine animals and pick blackberries for years, but now sadly only the berries remain. The wildflower meadow itself, irrespective of any cool Beatles references, is actually unremarkable and you'd probably want to drop your acid elsewhere. It's therefore best as part of a walk that takes in Eaton Park & UEA broad, and Earlham Park too if you feel ambitious. Not everyone I think is in my tree, however. Some of the boardwalks managed by the UEA are now gone, but extra paths & benches have recently been built as part of the retirement home development next door. As others have said, the wonderful Eaton Park cafe and Sainsbury Centre make ideal coffee spots nearby, or potentially Waitrose. It's getting hard to be someone, but it all works out. It doesn't matter much to me.”
