“Paid around £20 for mothers day cookie box with a personalised photo cookie...it arrives looking like the personalised icing photo was just carelessly chucked onto the cookie from a distance and packaged up in a rush, whoever made it clearly put very little time or care whatsoever into presenting it nicely and visually it was very disappointing. It actually feels a bit embarassing to give this to my mum in that state :/ EDIT: Since recieving a response from the owner and asking me to contact her directly on the 16th March, i was met with a seemingly lovely response from her via text promising a refund and an online voucher - however i have chased this up x3 times since, and 3 weeks on, i am still yet to recieve either of these, nor had any further updates. EDIT EDIT: As of today 18th May, i still have not recieved the refund & online voucher. My texts to Morgan the owner are being ignored, 4 to be precise. She should not be rectifying complaints by offering these things out if its all a performance and she is not going to follow through with them. Will never purchase from Bakeaholics again.”

“Sad to be leaving a naff review but have shared my feedback via email and didn’t receive a response. I've been wanting to try the hot dessert night at the Attleborough store but it’s quite a way for me to come, so I was really excited to be able to visit the Norwich one. However, I was really quite disappointed with the portion sizes - they didn't match the price points for me, especially in comparison to the usual huge portions at Chantry. I had the mini pancakes which - perhaps I misunderstood that this was a mini/ kids item, as the portion compared to the brownie was very sad and lacklustre, however the price was around the same as the rest on the menu, so I don’t think this was the case. It also would have been a nice touch to have the pancakes warmed up or the option for it as my dessert at “Hot Dessert Night” was actually cold. Sadly, I have found much better value at other dessert shops in Norwich and don’t think I would return or recommend.”
