“This place fills me with despair. If you want to enjoy froyo I recommend any other franchise ever. The portions for toppings is abysmal and clearly strictly limited considering its 50p per addition. I just paid 50p for the suggestion of a strawberry in my froyo. The whole store is trying to sell you hoodies and plushies on top of froyo which feels just weird and distasteful. The staff were completely fine, not that you have to actually interact with them because they are hidden behind 4 big mcdonald ordering screens for the froyo??”
