“My friend was a bit drunk (not throwing up or anything) and was resting her head in the garden area. The staff could see this was happening and didnt say anything until she and I left our boyfriends to go to the toilet. At this point, the male bouncer followed us into the women's bathroom and stood in our way of the door, while simultaneously telling us to leave. We were very cooperative and told him straight away we would leave, but asked if we could get our boyfriends first. They refused to let us speak to our boyfriends, blocking our way to the garden area so we couldnt get to them. The bouncer was forceful and the manager was rude and unempathetic. Really not a place that makes you feel safe, we should never have come here.”
