“An Absolutely Wonderful Experience at ASK Italian Norwich 🇮🇹❤️ One of my girlfriends and I visited ASK Italian in Norwich for lunch to celebrate something incredibly special — my transplant surgery. It was also my first time leaving the house since my surgery, so this was a huge milestone for me, and thanks to Hamish, our waiter, it became an experience I’ll remember for a very long time. From the moment we arrived, Hamish was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, friendly and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was just right, including being incredibly accommodating with dietary requirements and making sure everything was suitable for me. What really touched me was that Hamish even took a photo with us to help celebrate this massive achievement. It was such a lovely, personal touch and something we will genuinely treasure. ❤️ There are people who simply do their job well, and then there are people who have that natural ability to make someone feel welcome, valued and cared for. Hamish is absolutely the latter. ASK Italian has an incredible asset in him. His warmth, professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care made what could have simply been a nice lunch into a really meaningful celebration. To Hamish: thank you! You helped make my first day out after my transplant incredibly special, and I honestly can't thank you enough. ASK Italian — please never lose this man! He is an absolute credit to your company and a truly incredible member of your team. Five stars doesn't feel like enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️”
