“We ordered 2 cod and chips and 2 mushy peas, but received 1 mushy peas and 1 curry sauce instead. Algorithmically speaking, selecting two different side orders is surely a more complex operation than selecting the same one twice, so it's a mystery how our straightforward order went astray. On the plus side, the delivery was prompt, and the cod and chips were tasty.”

“£5 minimum on card at a chippy is straight up greedy. If card/POS fees were really that crippling (which they aren't), they just wouldn’t offer card. Forcing people to spend more than they wanted especially when you only popped in for a cheap and easy lunch is so frustrating. On top of that, the guys behind the counter could do with smiling a bit more. A bit of friendliness costs nothing and makes a big difference. Food’s alright, but the card minimum and the mood really let it down.”
