Welcome to Fupburger, Norfolk's OG purveyors of gourmet filth. We only use prime cuts of locally bred Simmental cattle, ground to our own secret blend. Farm to fork is approximately 10 miles using nothing but Norfolk's finest beef. Our cows are bred, reared, slaughtered, butchered and aged by master butcher Alex Long and family of Clarkes in Hevingham, just 15 minutes north of the city. Our demi brioche buns are all baked locally by small artisan bakers. Congratulations. You have arrived!

Inspired by Miami and perfected in England, SoBe Burger is home of the candied smash burger. We’ve perfected a slow smash technique which results in the ideal caramelisation of our patties. Those deliciously crispy edges are what we like to call our meat candy: everything you love about great burgers concentrated into our signature flavour bombs - and there’s two patty’s worth on every bun.
