“Picked up our order. We usually LOVE this place; so disappointed! My chicken burger - it appeared to have been double fried to reheat. The coating was near on burnt. The bun looked like it had the sunday fearsies - deflated. Not much sauce to speak of. Dry. The beef burger was light on cheese. Usually dripping, it barely had a smidge. The fries were acceptable. Wasn't up to the usual standards sadly. 😩”

“This seems like a great setting for a few drinks but it was awful for food. Too loud but fair enough, got over that. Our friends ordered their food and seconds later I ordered ours and said same table number, we were not made aware of any wait for food, not many people were eating at the venue it was mainly drinkers. We waited ages for our food, I had taken medication and started to feel unwell so checked with the waitress, it had been around 45 mins at this point, she went and checked on the food status and came back a few minutes later and said it would be out in a couple of minutes, she brought our friends meals and said she would come straight back with our food so our friends waited to eat theirs. She never came back, at this point I had to complain to someone else who seemed like a supervisor or more in charge, she wasn't particularly apologetic or caring, she said it was essentially out fault for ordering separately from our friends as orders go missing when they are busy,I said they ought to say if there is a wait on food, it had now been 57 minutes waiting, she offered a drink for free as a token apology. Our food arrived shortly after, the burger was delicious but the loaded fries were practically cold. Would never eat here again and a waste of money. Avoid.”

“Still the best burger in Norwich. Others may try to claim the title but FUP is top dog. Tje Detroit pizza is also killer.”
