“I've got nothing against Pret at all. Every staff member I've interacted with has been helpful and sweet, from the service to the beverages, except for one particular staff member. I couldn't get her name, but on 26th September at around 4:15 pm, there was a female staff member wearing a barista T-shirt and glasses who literally shooed me away. I was standing a little away from the counter, waiting for my coffee, when she left what she was doing and came over to me, asking me to stand on the other side. Her exact words were, “Can you stand on that corner? It seems like you're just waiting for your order.” I was, in fact, waiting for my coffee, which arrived literally two minutes later. I found the way she spoke to me quite rude and disrespectful, especially as I was simply waiting for my order and wasn't causing any inconvenience.”

“Bought sandwich and crisps. Went to counter to order coffee. I was the only one at counter. Server gave order to Barista. Barista then saw 2 of her mates come in, ignored my order, chatted to her friends and then made them drinks! She then proceeded to make drinks for those who had come in after me! Dreadful service by inefficient, rude staff.”
