“👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I always visit this branch, and the staff have usually been very helpful. Unfortunately, I encountered a rude employee who forced me to order via the touchscreen—something that has never happened before. It is well known that at Subway locations worldwide, customers are supposed to be able to customize their meals themselves; yet, she insisted I use the screen and was completely uncooperative. She even charged a different price—despite my pointing it out—and made me wait instead of allowing me to get my meal quickly and leave. I hope this matter is addressed, as forcing customers to do this is inappropriate and foolish, especially when the place wasn't even busy 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”

“Unacceptable Service & Hostile Staff ​I experienced appallingly rude and lazy service at this location. The entire staff stood around laughing and socializing inside, completely unwilling to take orders at the counter. Instead of helping us, they repeatedly barked at us to use the self-checkout machine. ​To make matters worse, after we placed our order, I politely asked if our footlong could be cut into three pieces instead of two. The employee snapped at me, rudely claiming it wasn't allowed and snapping that I "should have told the person filling the salad." ​Forget basic courtesy—there was zero welcome, zero smiles, and an utterly miserable atmosphere. This place is run by workers with terrible, negative attitudes who clearly have no interest in doing their jobs or serving customers. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.”
