“In response to M’s review to XO’s Wiveton event… If you are the guest who refused to eat your food it’s YOU who should feel ashamed!!! I’d really love to know where for £5 you can get… 36hr brisket, 1/2 a jerk chicken, cedar plank roasted salmon, Som Tam, slaw, corn on cob, confit carrot taco, flatbread, gunpowder potatoes followed by a fire roasted peach pavlova for 2 with clotted cream and shots of buckthorn lemoncello? You mentioned salami??? Not even on the menu, maybe your face-ache distorted your vision or you just get off on being a vexation to the spirit of joyful life. One other thing… looked at your other reviews and they are either 1* or 5*, you do know that Inbetween the two there are also other numbers commonly known as 2,3 & 4.”

“What an absolute rip off Went to their out door event at Wiveton, near to Blakeney last week. The food which consisted of two very small pieces of chicken, 2 small corn on the cob and some salad and cut salami was £70 for 2 people. The food was ok, but we could have bought it for less than £5. Whilst I appreciate there is staff and the venue to pay for, this was an insult. I will never go to another of their events. All I can say is it was the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen. You should be ashamed of your selves.”
