“Went on a Sunday night & it was surprisingly busy. There was a bit of a wait to get seated & quite long gaps between service as they were so busy. However, our server, Tristan, was lovely & very efficient when he did serve us. My Ravioli dish was tasty but slightly on the oily side. My husband's pizza was nice but lacked a bit of flavour, the drinks we had were lovely. We got a great deal of 30% off our meal via the rewards app.”

“Unfortunately on a different night and if the staff and restaurant kept customers in the loop with the longest delay in food, we would have has a better experience. Waiting 3 hours for food, every time we asked where it was they said 5 minutes. They were prioritising smaller tables and Deliveroo orders (at least that’s what it felt like and could see) We were a large group. One we had plans after, we had to cancel cause it took so long, we had a new born and a diabetic with us who already gave herself insulin for the food that came out hours after injecting so put her in a unhealthy spiral that evening. We get busy but if they could have checked with the kitchen and they were honest, better communication we would have gone somwhere else and these things wouldn’t have happened. Plus the food came out cold and undercooked when we got it. Even the bill took forever for someone to bring it out… was hard to get anyone’s attention. Very difficult to wait any longer, it’s now dark, sitting outside as it got colder and people need to go home. Won’t be a first choice again unfortunately”
