“I got my kids started here (when they were 6 & 4) for the child development aspects. The eldest was very nervous and tried to dodge harder aspects like wrestling or got upset at a loss. The coaches are incredible in helping and teaching them so now both kids are so confident, the eldest even putting his hand up first and choosing to wrestle the most experienced opponents knowing he will likely lose and smiling throughout. All learning is done through play and challenge and has been a game-changer. I nervously started training at 40, having no martial arts experience. I was welcomed warmly by an amazing community. What started out really confusing soon started making sense and learning happens every time I'm on the mats. Not only is it great exercise, but much needed therapy from grown-up life! Everyone there is so humble and ready to help and the experience levels are second to none. My only regret is that I didn't start 5 years ago! Thank you Steve and all!”
