What people say

5 out of 5 stars

“Rs3fit is a great atmosphere. Decided to step out of comfort zone after doing a lot of solo running and weightlifting. Coming to classes now over this past month for CrossFit has been completely eye opening. Great atmosphere, fantastic coaches and coaching knowledge. Really worth giving it a go if you’re wanting to take that next step!”
