“Really disappointing experience at BROWS Norwich Chapelfield today. I booked a brow wax and tint and was very clear that I wanted wax only and did not want threading. During the appointment, only the underneath of my brows was initially waxed, and I had to prompt the beautician twice to do the top and middle. I also found the response when I reiterated that I didn’t want threading quite rude. Unfortunately, the finished result is extremely poor. The waxing has not been done properly or evenly, and one brow is noticeably darker than the other. The tint has also stained the skin around my brows, leaving them looking very uneven and untidy. I have photos taken immediately after the treatment which show the result clearly. I paid for a professional brow wax and tint and would expect a much higher standard. I have contacted BROWS directly to make a formal complaint and am requesting a refund. I would not recommend based on my experience today.”

“Asked for medium tint and got the darkest black tint I’m blonde so these look awful. She obviously wasn’t listening as also thought I said was and upper lip when I didn’t 🤦🏼‍♀️”
