“One of my family members visited here and left with an awful hairstyle very upset, she even contacted to speak about the aftermath of it (as the hairstylist didn’t even show her after dyeing/ cutting it after 3 hours of her in the chair) and what she had to say was her hair was the issue when she went in, she only had bleach in. She left with her hair being un even, roots still showing, not thinned/ layered out, not blended WHATSOEVER, the attitude of the women over the phone when she is the hairstylist was unbelievable. Do not go here at all! Nothing has been done apart from a refund on the haircut, not anything else she messed up on or the silence of the 3 hours she sat there for and the rudeness or arrogance on the phone. Think her name was daisy.”
