“Maxine gives the best customer service in the world. In my own opinion. Two years later to revisit shop and was dissapointed to see Maxine no longer works for Hotsprings. In my opinion the company has lost an ambassador for the company. Such a shame .”

“today i visited hotspring world for the first time, and boy was i impressed! despite not currently looking to purchase a hot tub, myself and my friends just popped by to have a look around out of pure curiosity and were taken around the showroom by luke, who made us feel extremely welcome. he showed us a large range of the hot tubs, and demonstrated the different features of them, which was super amazing to see - and we were especially impressed by the swim trainer/hot tub option!! luke let us use pool oars to see how strong the current was on the different settings. he was extremely attentive and answered all of our questions - and even taught us a few new things about the differences of water that can be used in the tubs!! overall - an amazing experience, even if you’re not looking to currently purchase one, it’s amazing to have been shown how many different types of tubs there are!! when i can afford a hot tub one day, i hope to return and be helped by luke!! (thank you for the little rubber duck as well!!) :)”

“I'm not one for leaving reviews usually as I believe the idea of a positive and negative experience is different person to person. I am leaving a review because I have had a massive difference in my own experience in recent times. My partner purchased a Hottub from Hotspring World, we purchased a tub off of the manager (Maxine) and it was a smooth and efficient process. We spent upwards off £11,000 including delivery and other than the day being stressful for delivery the hot tub has worked for us. I went to get some chemicals for our tub and dealt with a man in the showroom (Luke) and the experience was so uncomfortable for us, we found Luke unprofessional, he swore and took gods name in vein (being devoted Christians this was not well received), it was so unfortable, Luke tried to push anything he could out of us. We left shellshocked and intimidated. I have worked in sales in a good portion of my working life and I was walked talked down to and bullied. We won't be coming back.”
