“Kasia is the best ☺️my lovely therapist that have been more then year. I had an excellent experience especially want to thank Kasia for her outstanding care and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, Kasia made me feel welcome and at ease. She is incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. During my laser treatment, she took her time, explained everything step by step, and never rushed the procedure. She regularly checked that I was comfortable, asked how I was feeling, and adjusted the treatment to make it as comfortable as possible. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my wellbeing and wanted me to have the best possible experience. We have had a laugh during the treatment especially when I felt more painful then usually. Kasia goes above beyond with her professionalism. She is absolutely credit to the clinic. Staff is 10/10 however clinic 3/10 equipment need to be changed old in constant used not giving effective results as we expect as client. Thank you, Kasia, for such exceptional care!”
