“Had a set of gels as my normal salon couldn’t fit me in, 3 days later started to peel. Went back & was told they only guarantee their nails for 72hrs so I would need to pay to get them repaired. When I questioned this the member of staff was extremely uncooperative. I left & will not be going back.”

“Had to walk away. It was 9:30am there were 2 people getting nails done and was told to wait 20 mins and come back, well I did and was told to sit down. Nobody talked to me, I felt invisible, and another 25 minutes later someone came up to ask what I wanted. I only had 45 mins by that point (although I initially had 90mins when I first went there) and the guy was making up things why it would take longer, adding on extensions that I didn’t ask for. They were rude, unwelcoming and I walked away really upset at the way I had been treated.”

“Never had a bad experience here until the last 2 times with the same newish boy. After the first rubbish service I thought I would go back and hope I didn’t get him, but I did. Constantly up and down every few minutes looking on the till, drinking water or just on his phone. No cuticle care, rough lumps of acrylic left on the underside of my nails, didn’t file my natural nails as would normally on the underside and when he nicked my skin twice and I flinched he just pulled my hand back harder. I will never return there which is a shame as Roger and the young girl are wonderful but I will not risk having him again.”
