“Overall, I had a good experience. The service was alright and the prices were reasonable. However, I do feel the company could invest more in quality and attention to detail. I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. The eyebrows were cleaned up and looked fine initially, but when I got home and looked more closely, I noticed there were still a few hairs left. I think the lighting could be improved, as it felt quite dim. With better lighting, both the staff and the client would be able to see the finer hairs more clearly. I also felt there could be more care taken with hygiene and preparation. For example, properly cleaning the area beforehand could help prevent breakouts or skin irritation afterwards. Using hand sanitiser and ensuring gloves are used consistently would also make the experience feel more professional and reassuring. I had a similar experience with the upper lip threading. The hairs there are much finer and lighter than eyebrow hairs, so it felt like the area was threaded quite quickly without being properly checked for all the finer hairs. Overall, the service was okay and reasonably priced, but I think slowing down a little, improving the lighting, and paying more attention to hygiene and detail would make a big difference to the customer experience.”
