“Booked a brow lamination and tint, upon arrival the lady (Magi) informed me she only takes cash. I didn't have cash on me as there was no any heads up given, but she said it's ok, I can pay to her colleague with my card and they will sort it out between them, so we went ahead, she also talked me into a lash lift. When finished, she said that she will walk down with me to the cash machine. I told her that this is not what we agreed on, but she said her colleague doesn't want her to use the card machine, which was weird, because she said it was no problem before starting the treatment. I feel mislead, I ended up withdrawing money from my credit card with high extra fees. Very unprofessional of her talking me into extra services when she knew that I won't be able to pay with my card and I specifically highlighted that I would only do the lash lift if I can do card payment otherwise I would have not gone ahead with the treatments. I did not receive a receipt either so that kinda explains it.”
