“A lot of staff members at this pharmacy are extremely unsympathetic to any issues with medications and PRN needs. Multiple times I have witnessed rudeness to other customers, as well as towards myself despite always treating them with respect, which they do not give back. When you work with vulnerable people, you need a bedside manner. Despite the fact there are multiple posters about treating them with respect, the number of times that I haven't been spoken to kindly outweighs the times that I have been treated nicely by them. Jooniper is particularly unkind and is assuredly in need of help improving her attitude towards the vulnerable people that tend to need support from a pharmacy.”

“I’m currently pregnant, and both my midwife and doctor advised me to take baby aspirin at night. I’ve bought it before without any issues. However, on Saturday, 4th October, in the afternoon, a woman at Boots Pharmacy (Riverside) refused to sell it to me, saying it had to be prescribed. I explained that my doctor advised it but didn’t issue a prescription, yet she still refused. This is frustrating since I’ve purchased the same medicine there before. I then went to Morrisons Pharmacy, where the staff were understanding, asked why I needed it, and sold it to me without issue. They were professional and knowledgeable. I won’t be returning to Boots Pharmacy at Riverside and would recommend Morrisons instead.”
