“They offer a service which is meant to help you to make sure you get treatment right away. The lady behind the till was rude and made a me feel small. Then loudly discussed my issue with the pharmacist. Who questioned me and made me feel small. For a service which is meant to be helpful wasn't. Explained I was in a lot of pain and wouldn't offer me anytbing apart from question why I was back! Not helpful at all left feeling humiliated”
