“i appreciate that icash is busy and booked up, but i called up for an appointment for acute pain and various other symptoms post IUD insertion at this location and was told by the women on the phone after 45min on hold that what i was experiencing was normal 2 weeks after IUD insertion, and wasn't offered an examination within any reasonable (under 2 week) timeframe. my dr didn't want to see me as they viewed it as ICash's responsibility. I ended up in a and e with my pain, and it turns out I have acute pelvic inflammatory disease, a rare complication from coil insertion that i was ADVISED TO COME BACK IN FOR if i had symptoms of. i just think taking complaints of intense pain seriously could be helpful”
