Sauna sessions are complemented by a refreshing outdoor shower, cosy garden studio, and space to relax between rounds. The space offers private bookings as well as retreats and unique experiences, including celestial sauna and SaunAstrology. Guests are offered delicious alcohol-free drinks, and a selection of natural skin care products. The Little Heat Retreat is regularly described as magical and uplifting.

“Amy has created such a gorgeous little private retreat. The sauna was so inviting on a cold stormy evening and Amy was such a lovely host. My sister, my mum and I all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to come again! Since leaving my first review a year ago, I have visited again with my mum and another time with my boyfriend. All three visits to the sauna have been so lovely and Amy is an excellent host! The perfect remedy to a long week at work x”

“I cannot recommend The Little Heat Retreat highly enough. Tucked away in a beautiful garden in the heart of Norwich, it truly feels like a hidden sanctuary and the perfect escape from the busyness of everyday life. I booked an evening session as a birthday treat for one of my best friends, and it couldn’t have been more special. As the evening unfolded, there was such a calm, relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to completely switch off and unwind. The focus on botanicals and natural wellbeing was wonderful. The homemade drinks were absolutely delicious and added such a thoughtful, personal touch to the experience. We also chose to purchase the handmade face scrub and face oil to take home, which have been a lovely reminder of such a peaceful evening. As a busy mum and business owner, I rarely take time to slow down, but this retreat gave us the opportunity to pause, reconnect and simply enjoy being present. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and already talking about booking again. Thank you for creating such a beautiful little haven in the middle of Norwich.
