“This surgery is ABYSMAL You can’t even speak to a ‘receptionist’ regarding an appointment, they tell you to fill out an e consult which takes half an hour and asks the most stupid questions - and is only open 8-6 mon-fri. When you do finally see someone it’s a month later and staff are rude and patronising (and you NEVER see a doctor, not even sure they work here anymore?) In desperate need of an appointment but I just cannot be bothered to deal with this place. I had surgery over a week ago and Addenbrookes told this practice that I need my wound checking by 14/03. It’s now 16/03 and I’ve not heard anything! My bandage has fallen off and I rang to tell them I need someone to look at it and was told it hadn’t been “actioned” yet and to chase it up in a couple of days?? I’ve lived all over and never ever experienced anything like this EDIT: I never heard back! Last week I rang the surgery at 8am for an appointment for some concerning looking mosquito bites from abroad and was straight up refused. I was told to submit photos of my problem to e-consult and that someone would prescribe me something. I ended up going to the walk-in-centre as I felt so ill, where they prescribed something as my bites were severely infected. It's a good job I went as I have still not heard anything from this place!! I am also awaiting a sick note from this surgery and was told I'd receive it on 15/9 and have not had anything. This place needs to be closed down, it is completely unacceptable!!!”
