“Just spent 2 nights at the hotel, I would never stay again.First arrived the bed collapsed when my partner sat on it,on investigation the slats weren’t fixed down.Quick response, said it would be fixed when we get back, phone call about 9 pm whilst out, go to another room to sleep, very inconvenient. This bed was so uncomfortable, dirty bathroom.Went back to original room, then asked to move all our stuff to other room, so off we go again. Breakfast was continental, no pastries,no croissants, just a loaf of cheap white bread, processed cheese, cereal. Do not pay to eat there, complete waste of money. We had no apologies from management, if you’ve booked please cancel.”
