“About a month ago, I ordered three bags of coffee from your company. I had been a loyal customer for around a year and a half, but a month later, I still have not received my order. I have tried contacting you repeatedly by email, Facebook, Instagram DMs, and even through comments on your posts. I have received absolutely no response. Your phone numbers do not work, my emails appear to be ignored, £44 has been taken from my account, and the coffee has never been dispatched. I am genuinely shocked by this level of customer service. After dozens of unanswered attempts to contact you, I am asking you to refund my money immediately. In this day and age, treating loyal customers this way is completely unacceptable. It is disgraceful.”

“Great coffee terrible service . Walked in for two takeaways and had the lady with curly dark hair throw her towel down , give attitude like she didn’t want us to be there . It’s a Tuesday morning , asked her how she is and got blanked . Been in hospitality my whole life and never left a review / very understanding with having a bad day . But that’s the third time she has served us and it’s been poor . She might as well close the door and told us to leave . Poor service .”
