Medieval combat training blends together historic sword fighting techniques, teamwork, strength and fitness. Fight with padded training equipment in 1 v 1 duels or team combat or strap on historic steel armour and do it the old fashioned way. Learn from the combat manuals of the middle ages and unleash your inner warrior. The group is open to all ages, and abilities and we provide all padded equipment during training sessions. We are part of a global historical full contact fighting sport, in which combatants use historically accurate reproduction medieval armour and blunted weapons to engage in competitive fights according to authentic historical tournament rules. The Eastern Shotokan Karate Association (ESKA) is a professional karate association who are dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate to the very highest standard.
