Our pastries are baked fresh every day at our bakery with care and skill, and can be taken away or enjoyed alongside one of our speciality coffees or tea at our shops in both Norwich and Aylsham. We have a loaf for everyone ranging from the traditional wholemeal through Danish ryes, sourdoughs and spelt loaves. We also sell baking accessories for the enthusiastic home baker such as high quality flour, proving baskets, books and aprons.
