Exclusive members only gym. We focus on our gym to feel private and personal, therefore we cap our membership numbers. Our gym has some of the best personal trainers in the industry. We hand pick them through our Norfolk Health & Fitness Provider that qualifies personal trainers all over Norfolk as well as recognise personal trainers that have been in the industry for years and have excellent career.
