“Went for a Strength, core and learn how to deadlift classes with Ryan, who is a very good coach, energetic and also be very mindful of the participants if they are feeling okay. Recommend his classes, and if you can bring back the MIND class on Wednesday night, that would be wonderful, we are missing it so much!”

“A very nice gym, with a lot of equipment, spacious studio with good mirrors. There are many stations for different exercises with weights. A lot of ellipses, running mills etc, especially cool ones in front of the large panoramic window to the river. Showers are clean, there are a lot of hairdryers in ladies changing room. I like the gym a lot!”
