What people say
3 out of 5 stars
“Rather than a blurb we will get to the point: - gym equipment has good variety and choice - staff are friendly & help create a good atmosphere in the gym - gym has a fantastic community if you’re willing to speak to people and put yourself out there. - candice does her best to take on feedback from members regarding cleanliness of changing rooms ESPECIALLY the mens changing rooms which might as well not even be cleaned such is the low standard. She even brought in her own jet wash to clean the sauna… - currently 2 showers have been out of order for over 2 weeks. - every week you come into the gym there is something else broken whether it is leaking air con, toilets or showers. Multiple members have complained about this but nothing is done. - once again this is not a reflection of gym staff as it is very apparent they are not adequately supported in what is required to maintain the gym to the highest standard. I look forwards to my request to elaborate on the feedback only for it to eventually go nowhere”

“I’ve really enjoyed my experience at NRG Gym. The gym has a great atmosphere, and it’s a really welcoming place to come and work out. I also want to give a special mention to Rosie, one of the cleaners. She is always so friendly, welcoming and approachable, and she does a fantastic job keeping the gym clean and tidy. Her positive attitude really adds to the atmosphere of the place. Overall, NRG Gym is a great gym with a friendly environment, and the staff help make it feel like a place you actually enjoy coming to. Highly recommend! 💪”
