Musical Theatre Production

Stages its own and touring productions in converted mediaeval church, along with puppetry workshops.

Norwich Theatre Playhouse is a relaxed, intimate 300-seat riverside venue in the city centre. The building dates back to the late nineteenth century and was once a maltings building. Since becoming a theatre it has become recognised as one of the best fringe venues in the country and is also home to the famous Playhouse Bar.

Opened for the first time in 1758, Theatre Royal has been a staple of the arts and culture of Norwich for centuries. The grand 1300 seat venue has played host to some of the biggest names and productions in touring theatre. With our restaurant, café and bars accompanying our wide range of productions, Theatre Royal truly has something for everyone.
