“Been here twice now and not sure I will be coming back. First time I came they were busy but it seems as though they accept anyone which means that they seem to be rushing the nails. They constantly kept switching staff members so I had about 3 different people working on my nails. Some customers beside me were being so apologetic because she didn’t like what was being done on her nails and the staff member just seemed to get frustrated. All the male staff members are very aggressive and do come across as rude whether they mean to or not. They push my fingers about and it feels like they’re telling me off because my finger was in the way for a second. It feels rushed when you’re choosing what colours you want and they don’t really seem to ask if you’re happy with what they’re doing. Second visit I came with my sister and they were not busy as we were the only two inside, the staff members kept switching though and rushing and being aggressive and rude and it makes us as customers feel like we need to keep apologising for being an inconvenience. Our fingers actually hurt after getting them done being of how aggressive they are. I think it might be because they are trying to fit so many people in and it does seem like they just make up a price in their head at the end. I found when they’ve finished with your nails they don’t really say anything until you ask them how much it is, they say a number and that’s it really. From my experience of other nail places, it doesn’t make you feel welcome. Previous nail places take time with my nails, make conversation, help me decide on colours, recommend nail shapes and offers a different approach to the design I wanted and this is what you want from nail technicians. It is a shame as the nails come out absolutely amazing and last over a month but the aggression, lack of care of customers hands/nails and lack of patience it seems is what unfortunately is putting me off coming back here.”
