“I just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to Kerris at The Gallery Haircutters. ❤️ I’m always so impressed by the quality of my colour, cut and styling, but what I appreciate most is the way Kerris genuinely listens to what I want and takes the time to understand my wishes. I never feel like I’m just having my hair done, I feel listened to, cared for and completely involved in the process. I usually go to Kerris, and her professionalism, care and dedication are something I really value. I also love seeing the excitement and pride she has when her ideas and skills come together and you can actually see the finished result come to fruition. There’s something really lovely about watching someone enjoy their work so much. And of course, there’s the care throughout, and, of course, the numerous cups of tea! ☕️😂 It all makes the experience feel so personal and welcoming.
