The Hair Lounge

“’m disappointed with my hair colour with hollie because it wasn’t coloured all over as I had asked. I requested a colour one shade darker than my previous colour, but the colour was only applied below my roots. As a result, my roots are now a different colour from the rest of my hair. My ends are also noticeably darker than my mid-lengths, so the overall colour is uneven and doesn’t look blended. I’m especially disappointed because I was expecting one consistent shade throughout my hair. I would have preferred to be told if there was a reason the colour couldn’t be applied all over before the appointment was finished.”
