Norwich we need you !!!!!! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at BMB is a fantastic way to get fit , lose weight , have fun , make new friends , combat stress and depression . We have classes every weekday evening . Our instructor is a Black belt with multiple titles in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Grappling We are very proud of our friendly and inclusive environment and the professional instructoion we offer . It is a very safe combat system to practice and suitable for all body types and fitness levels and all age groups . So if you are stressed , struggling to lose those few extra kilos of weight or nervous to start a new sport ....we are the place to come . And best of all your first class is free . What have you got to lose ?
